DESCRIPTION

LP60 is a complex of calcium lactate and lactic acid. LACTIC ACID (molar: 90.08) accounted for about 60% , calcium lactate (anhydrous, molar: 218.22) accounted for about 40% .

USES

1. Good cushioning property and can optimize the stability of food;  
2. Besides being bacteriostatic, it can also enhance the flavor of cashew flavor and Frankincense, and is an ideal component of many dairy products;
3. With good solubility and dispersibility, it is an ideal raw material for flavor solid drinks, instant salad dressings, onion cheese dressings, dry dairy products and snack foods;
